BEFORE YOU SEND US FILES,
Please make sure that you have:
Included all the fonts used in the project.
Made sure that your Quark or Indesign files contain only CMYK TIFF image files. (No Jpegs).
If you are sending a PDF, Please make sure that the PDF is Highest quality or Print Quality and contains an eighth inch bleed around the entire document.
